Jeff has been with the firm since 2006, assisting the firm’s clients in all aspects of health law and healthcare related transactions. Jeff has been practicing law in the Baton Rouge area for more than 20 years, with a primary focus in corporate, transactional and healthcare compliance law.  Jeff has extensive experience advising clients on the regulatory aspects of the federal Stark Physician Self-Referral Law and the State and federal Anti-Kickback Statutes. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff served as in-house counsel for Our Lady of Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, where he advised the hospital on a variety of business, regulatory and healthcare issues, including physician contracting, medical office leasing, medical staff issues and business transactions.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1996.
